With the SSB, it is possible to quickly and efficiently spread poultry houses. Different materials such as wood shavings, sawdust, peat/compost, chopped straw, straw pellets, etc. can be processed and spread over a width of up to 7 metres (depending on the oil flow, width of the machine and spreading material). The machine requires virtually no maintenance thanks to its automatic chain tensioning system.

Both the quantity and the spreading width are adjustable.

These machines are used in chicken, duck, turkey or goose barns.

The SSB is also used in tunnel greenhouses to spread compost.

Standard

  • 2 augers at the bottom of the machine
  • The augers distribute the bedding material onto the hydraulically driven spreading discs
  • Spreading width +/- 7 m (depending on the material, width of the machine and oil flow)
  • The spreading width can be adjusted using the sliding plates next to the spreading discs
  • The layer thickness can be adjusted using the dosing slides above the spreading discs
  • The layer thickness can also be adjusted by controlling the auger speed by means of a flow control valve
  • Automatic chain tensioning system
